Overview
Jarvis AI Assistant (“Jarvis”) is a desktop AI assistant for Windows with optional cloud features. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Jarvis is designed to work locally first — many features run entirely on your machine or through AI providers you configure yourself.
Data we collect
- Account data. If you create an account, we store your email and authentication details to manage sign-in and subscriptions.
- Usage and diagnostics. Crash reports and support tickets you submit may include logs and system details needed to diagnose the issue.
- Download analytics. Download-button clicks on this site are recorded (source, page theme, timestamp) to measure interest. No advertising trackers are used.
- Local app data. Chat history, projects, settings, and files you create in the desktop app are stored locally on your device unless you enable a feature that syncs them.
AI providers and third parties
Jarvis connects to third-party AI providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) using API keys you supply or our managed OmniRoute service, depending on your plan. Content you send to those providers is governed by their privacy policies. Jarvis also uses Stripe for payments — card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies required for sign-in and site operation. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active. Crash reports and support tickets are retained as needed to resolve issues and improve stability. You may request deletion of your account data at any time via the support page.
Your choices
- Use Jarvis with your own AI provider keys instead of managed routing.
- Avoid signing in for local-only features where an account is not required.
- Contact support to export or delete your account data.
