Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. The service
Jarvis AI Assistant (“Jarvis”) is a desktop application for Windows plus associated web services, distributed as the JarvisAI-Setup.exe installer. By downloading, installing, or using Jarvis you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and trials
Some features require a free account. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and include a free trial where advertised. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jarvis to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, generate malicious software, spam, or content intended to harm others. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output, including code, text, images, and video.
4. AI-generated content
Output produced by AI models may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. Always review generated code and content before relying on it. Jarvis is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.
5. Third-party providers
Jarvis integrates third-party AI providers and services (including Stripe for billing and optional AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and their availability may change outside our control.
6. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Jarvis on devices you own. You may not redistribute the installer as your own product, circumvent licensing, or misrepresent the software's origin.
7. Warranty and liability
Jarvis is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Jarvis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
